William Nassikas is the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Westroc Hospitality. He has degrees from both Cornell University and the Swiss Hotel School in Hotel Administration. He says that the highlight of his three years studying in Switzerland was the time he spent at the upscale restaurant there Girardet, considered at the time to be the finest restaurant in the world.
